Karina and Pat contacted me a few months before their session after connecting through the American Cancer Society where Karina works. I had shot a few events for them on a volunteer basis, and was asked to shoot this engagement after our mutual friend showed Karina my work. Our mutual friend and I go way back to Junior High School, and it is always an honor to work with her and her esteemed colleagues. Karina, Pat, and I met on a warm November day in Chicago’s Winnemac Park in Andersonville. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the couple brought their puppy, Bo! I love it when couples bring their pets to their engagement session, and we got some great shots of the three of them. Peek below for this super cute session!
