Mayra and Nikko had planned a stunning wedding at The Old Post Office for August first, yet life had other plans for them. The adorable pair chose to marry at Chicago’s City Hall, and said their vows before a justice of the peace. Now, this was not what they had envisioned, all rustic decor and no window lighting, yet it was perfect just the way it was. We spent the next hour or so capturing the elated newlyweds in their current home city of Chicago. I am so pleased that I got to work with such a sweet, kind, and good-humored pair.
