Sally & Chris had the most beautiful, snowy engagement session at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. The couple reached out to me initially wanting to recreate a specific photo that they had seen online, which perfectly encapsulated their relationship. My husband and I took it upon ourselves to face the challenge head-on, and roam the Chicago suburbs to find the perfect wooded area, with just the right path and inclines. Our journey lead us to the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois for what turned out to be the most dreamy, romantic session. I bonded with Sally’s mom while awaiting their arrival, and we talked about everything from classroom education to nature preservation. I am so thrilled for this happy family, and look forward to seeing their gorgeous destination wedding in Mexico!
