The International Museum of Surgical Science, or IMSS, has a long rooted history in Chicago and photography. The woman that the home was built for had a son who was extremely interested in photography, and his works made with pin hole cameras are situated throughout the museum. The stunning library and hall of mortals on the second floor make for a stunning ceremony and reception space, suited for intimate weddings. The white marble and checkerboard floors create a cozy sense of grandiosity that will surely impress your guests. On top of that, the ophthalmology room has enough history to feast your eyes on and keep any guests occupied reading about the history there. Peek below for a look into this amazing Chicago wedding space!
